The Clients page on the mobile app allows you to view your store's entire list of clients and edit their information. View the guide below to learn how to use all the features on the Clients page and get the most out of your clienteling experience.
Add Client
New clients can be added to your client list by tapping on the Add Client Icon located in the top left corner of the screen. Enter the client's information and tap Save. When adding a client, make sure you enter at least one contact method, either email or phone.

Filter
To filter your client list, tap on the funnel icon located at the top of the screen. Choose one more filters based on the list of options, then click Apply Filter.
Assigned to Me: By default your client list will be set to only show clients that you are assigned to.
Show All Clients: Choose this option to see all clients, not just your assigned clients.
Choose a Tag: Filter clients by specific tags on their profile
Add a Filter: Filter clients by specific properties on their profile. Your filter options are listed below.
- Anniversary
- Birthday
- Client Activity
- Client Preference
- Created Date
- Last Message Sent
- Last Message Received
- Sales Opp Pipeline
Bulk Action
You can select multiple client profiles and perform a bulk action. A complete list of the bulk list of actions you can performs is found below. The action will be performed on all selected clients.

Client Profile Page
Clicking on a client in your list will take you to their Client Profile page where you can view specific information for that client. You can perform a number of actions on this page.
Quick View
Add Tags: Click the + icon next to Tags and pick a Tag to add to their profile from the options listed.
Payment Requests: View the status of any Payments requests sent to this client.
Sales Opp: View and update active Sales Opportunities or create a new one by clicking +.
Reminders: View active reminders or create a new reminder by clicking +.
Auto-Messages: View upcoming auto-messages for this client.
Activity
On the Activity tab you can view the activity history for this client as well as add new activities by clicking +.
Collections
In the Collections tab you can view and update existing collections and create new collections. If your point of sale is integrated with Clientbook you can also view Purchase History.
Profile
Click the Profile icon below the clients name to view or edit their account details including their name, contact information, preferred store, birthday, anniversary, and more.
Message / Call
Click the Message icon under the clients name to go to their conversation thread. Click the Call icon to call the client at the phone number on their profile. Calls placed through the app will route through phone number on the mobile device you are using.
Assign or Unassign Associate
The ribbon in the top right corner of the profile will tell you whether or not you are assigned to the client you are viewing. If the ribbon is black, that means you are currently assigned to the client. If the ribbon has no fill, you are not currently assigned.
Tap the ribbon to either assign or unassign yourself from this profile.
