Bulk Messaging can be a convenient way to reach out to many clients at once. To send a Bulk Message in the mobile app, follow the steps below.
Important: Each bulk message will count towards your monthly Mass Message limit

Tap on the Clients tab located at the bottom of your screen.
- Tap on Select

Tap on the little circles of the clients that you want to message. Then select Bulk Action at the bottom of the screen.

Tap on Send Message.
Important: A menu may appear stating that your Bulk Message limit will be exceeded, and you may need to adjust the amount of clients you are attempting to reach. If you are an associate, your manager may increase the Bulk Messaging limit in the Dashboard. If you are a manager, click here to learn how to increase your Bulk Messaging limit.

Write a message! Attach images if you like. Market your products in the best light and tap on Send.
Important: When sending bulk messages, you'll notice that there is no "Client name" variable provided as there is in other messaging avenues. If you write a bulk message that says "Hi Mary", every recipient of the bulk message will also see "Hi Mary" in their message.
Respond to inbound messages as they come.
Best Practices
Use Bulk Messaging to reach multiple clients at once, and keep the following in mind:
- Make sure you're outreaching a refined audience.
- Bulk messages should be for a small batch of customers, while a large audience would be better suited for using our Mass Messaging feature on the Clientbook Dashboard.
- Send your messages with purpose - have a specific reason for reaching out.
- Make your message feel personal!
