Adding a tag to a client allows you to keep track of preferences and record particular characteristics of each client. Click here to learn how to create new Tags in the Dashboard. Follow the steps below to add a new tag to a client in the mobile app:

Open your Clientbook app on your smartphone or tablet. Tap on Clients.

Select the Client you would like to add the Tag to.

Tap on the + plus icon located on the right side of the Tags section.

Search for the Tags you created in the Dashboard. Tap on the circles next to their title to add them to your client. You may add as many as you like at one time.
Important: You can also add a new Tag in the app by tapping on the + plus sign in the top right corner of the screen.
