Save time and streamline your messaging with our Mass Message feature! With this powerful tool, you can easily send a multitude of messages to your clients at once. Whether you're announcing events, sales, or new product releases, Mass Messages make it easy to reach all your clients with just a few clicks. Plus, you can customize your messaging pool and filter which clients receive these messages, ensuring that your communications are always targeted and effective!
How to Create a Mass Message:

Go to the Mass Messaging tab on your Dashboard.
2. Choose your audience! Define the parameters for your Mass Message by clicking "Add Criteria." Filter your audience based on birthdays, anniversaries, client preferences etc. to get the exact level of advertising you need.
After selecting your Criteria, you can click on Preview Audience to view each individual client you will be reaching with your Mass Message.

After selecting your audience, schedule a time for your Mass Message to be sent. Delivery times are only available from 9am-7pm in order to maintain TCPA compliance.
4. Last but not least, write a message! What do you want to advertise? Write a message!
5. Then, click on Submit and wait for your clients to respond!
Important: Mass Messages will not be sent out all at once. The scheduled time is when the messages will start to be sent. Messages will be sent every few seconds after the scheduled time.
