Customize App Settings
Users with admin and manager level access in Clientbook can use the Dashboard to customize the app settings for their store. You can view your account login information, set daily goals, determine a bulk message limit for your associates, and create a custom name for the Sales Opportunity section in the app.
To configure your settings for the Clientbook app, follow the steps below.
1. Locate the App Settings page by clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner of the Dashboard. Click on Settings.
2. Navigate to the far left side of the screen and click the App Settings button.
3. Customize your settings!
- APP ACCOUNT INFO
View your account login information (license key login and password). Because this is not your individual login information you can not update this field. When you login using this information your associates will need their pin number to login the rest of the way.
- CLIENTELING
Set a Daily Clienteling Goal for your associates. This will be the default for all stores unless your stores or associates have specific goals (found on the Edit Store or Associate Details pages).
- SALES PIPELINE
Create a personalized name for your Sales Pipeline.
- MESSAGING
Set an in-app bulk messaging limit for your associates. Bulk messaging is a form a mass messaging. All messages sent using this feature will be subtracted from your monthly plan limit.
4. After you're done personalizing your app settings don't forget to hit save!
