Understand how and when to use the icons available in your Clientbook app.
Where to find these icons in the Dashboard are also mentioned.
Today Page
Kiosk Mode:
Visible on the App if you have Kiosk Mode enabled. Clicking on this icon will take you to a signup form where customers can create a Clientbook profile. To learn more about Kiosk Mode, click here.
Daily Goal "?":
Visible on the App. Clicking on this icon opens a help page with information describing how associates can earn points toward their daily goal. Admins and Managers can view a detailed report this data on the Dashboard by running an "Associate Performance" report.
Today:
Click this icon on the app to navigate back to the "Today" page. You can access the Dashboard specific Today page by clicking the Today tab in top left corner of the Dashboard.
Clients Page
Clients:
Click this icon to return to the Client page where you add new client profiles, filter your client list, access specific profiles, and message your clients.
If you are on the Dashboard you can access your client list by clicking the Clients tab at the top of the screen.
Add New Client:
Visible on the App and Dashboard. Click this icon to create a new client profile.
Filter:
Visible on the App and Dashboard. Use this icon to filter your client list by your assigned clients, Tags, Location, Life Events, Text Messages, Preferences, Sales Opportunities and more!
Conversation:
Visible on the App. Use this icon to open the client's conversation thread.
Export:
Only visible on the Dashboard, click this icon to export your entire client list in a .csv format.
Client Profile Page
Assigned to you:
This ribbon is visible on each client profile in the Dashboard and App. If this ribbon is black it means the client is assigned to you - if it is white it means the client is not assigned to you. You can assign or un-assign clients from yourself by clicking on this ribbon.
Edit Profile:
Visible on the App , this icon will direct you to the client's personal information. You can edit their personal information on this page.
From the Dashboard, it can be found in the far right column or by clicking the "i" icon in the top right corner.
Message Client:
Visible on the App and Dashboard, this icon will direct you to the clients conversation thread.
Call Client:
Visible on the App, this icon will allow you to call the client number if they have a phone number on their profile.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Calling a client through the app will use your phone number rather than store number.
Add:
Visible in the App and Dashboard, this + icon allows you add new information to the client's profile like a tag, sales opportunity, or reminder.
Conversation Thread
Payments:
Visible on App and Dashboard, tap to create a payment link to send to your customer.
NOTE: This icon is only available to clients registered in Clientbook Payments.

Templates:
Visible on the App and Dashboard, click this icon to use a template in your message. For more information on Templates, see here.
Attach:
Visible on the App and Dashboard, click this icon to add attachments like photos, products and collections.
AI Response:
Visible on the App and Dashboard, click this icon to generate an AI generated response to the message thread. This tool will look at the message thread and help to generate a clearly stated response.
Placeholders:
Visible on the App and Dashboard, click these placeholders to insert them in to your message.
Product Page
Filter:
Visible on the App and Dashboard, this filter icon allows you to filter your product list by Brand, Category, and in stock.
New Products:
Visible on the App and Dashboard, this icon allows you add a new product manually by taking a photo or uploading an image from your camera roll, giving it a name, price, and description.
Important: This product will be created for all associates in your store to see and use.
