You can remove a chat from your My Inbox and Store Inbox by following the steps below:
Click on the Messaging tab at the top of the Dashboard.
Click on Inbox.
Search for the chat that you would like to remove.
Important: Keep in mind that you must search the name of the client in order to find the correct chat.
Hover over the chat with your mouse. Three dots will appear. Click on it and click on Remove Chat.
Important: When you remove a chat, this action does not delete it completely from your system. If the chat is assigned to one of your associates, the chat will still appear in their inbox if you remove it from yours.
